This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Talmaara, operated by Savage Gamez, LLC — for recurring subscriptions and for one-time purchases. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Most paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the billing period you select (monthly or annual). Each subscription renews automatically at the end of the period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Some plans are instead sold as a one-time purchase — you pay once, nothing renews, and you are never billed again (see the money-back guarantee below). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

Outside the money-back guarantees described below — 14 days for new subscriptions and 30 days for one-time purchases — payments are non-refundable: because you retain access through the end of each period you have paid for, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods after a cancellation takes effect, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a new subscription or purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This is separate from ordinary cancellation, which you can do at any time. Our money-back guarantees above already meet and exceed this right: if you withdraw within the statutory 14-day period, we refund you in full, with no proportionate deduction for access already used, and never charge a fee.
You can tell us you are withdrawing by any clear statement — for example, by email to support@talmaara.com, or from your billing page. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies only to billing periods that begin after the change takes effect. We will provide notice before a price change affects you, and you may cancel before the change if you do not wish to continue.
